This is our standard Returns and refund policy at Digifarms Africa.

Please note that additional or specific requirements may be included when returning specific products. Contact our customer support service at if you are unsure of what is required of you when returning a product.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Short term perishable food items cannot be returned,

Products that have already been defaced or mutilated by the client are also NOT returnable.

The following items are also not returnable:

  • Products downloaded from our website by clients themselves
  • Products that have stayed 30 days and more with the client.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and we will automatically begin processing your refund.

Please note that in some cases all bank and credit card charges relating to the refund may be debited from your account. We may also in some cases approve only a partial refund and this will be based on the reasons for refund and other factors.

If you will like to get a replacement of the same product or an exchange for another product instead then, send us an email at and send your item to the return address found on the product packaging.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping/Transporting returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping or transportation costs for returning your item. Shipping/transportation costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider requesting instructions from us on which shipping or transport service to use to guarantee the protection of the product on transit. We decline responsibility for products missing while on return transit
