Internships at Digifarms

Interns are a integral component of our work at Digifarms. They enrich our work and broaden our horizon significantly. For us, they are more than just that component of a company that wants knowledge and is seeking to learn. Crucial decisions about our work and growth at Digifarms are sometimes taken thanks to inputs from our interns. We receive them most often from a broad range of institutions, schools, colleges and establishments in and around Africa and their stay with us usually comes as an opportunity for added value and new insights .

We generally accept applications for internship on a rolling basis. Our typical types of Internship applicants are mostly students from Universities, Higher Institutions of learning and other Post-secondary study program interested in acquiring practical hands-on Experience in some of the key flagship thematic areas that are consistent with our work at Digifarms Some of these include, Agriculture and agriculture-related thematic areas, IT and Computer Sciences, Accounting, Human Resources Management, Marketing, Public Relations and Advertising and other key subject areas.

To be considered for internship placement at Digifarms fill out the Digifarms Africa Internship application form linked here and remember to click submit after filling. Please have the following documents handy before you begin to fill out the application form

  • An internship Application Letter addressed to the Human Resources Manager -Digifarms Africa stating what you expect to achieve from this internship
  • A placement letter (Internship letter) from your school or institution(in the absence of this upload for us a proof enrollment with your school or institution. This could be an admission letter, School fees receipt or Student Identity Card.
  • If selected you will be required to submit a copy of your course outline or study program content for better planning of your program.  

Please note that Internship placements at Digifarms Africa are NOT PAID. However based on availability of funds and satisfactory performance we may provide incentives and allowances to our interns at the end of their internship exercise. All interns who complete their internship are automatically entitled to an attestation of internship service and a possible letter of recommendation.
